The 'Online Garden Centre' is the national online retail website for Styles Garden Centre; a family-run garden centre located near Torquay, Devon. Due to our family nature, we run our garden centre - both online and instore - very efficiently and work well as a team. We are dedicated to your satisfaction. How do I Order Online?

To place an order on our website, simply add the product and quantity of your choice to your Cart, click 'Calculate Shipping and Handling' to find the cost of delivery to your Country/County/Postcode or proceed through the Check-out, where this calculation will be dynamically completed and shown before you confirm your order and complete payment.Proceed through the Check-Out, ensuring your Billing Address matches the address your credit or debit card is registered to. Confirm your Billing/Shipping address and the item(s) ordered and finally click Proceed to be taken to the HSBC website to confirm your payment details. If you have any issues with ordering or completing payment online, we will happily accept your order by Telephone (01803 873056 or 01803 875593).

Can you Ship to...?

If you receive "Unfortunately we can't ship to your location" or "Shipping Quote Required" message, please Contact Us for an accurate delivery price. We are able to ship to most European countries at very competitive prices. Remember to include your full Shipping address (Post/Zip Code) for an accurate delivery price quote and delivery time.

Are my payment details secure?

Styles Online Garden Centre (Styles Limited) ensures the safety and security of your payment by using HSBC Secure ePayments.

At check-out, please enter your Billing Address to correspond with the card-holders address to ensure your payment can be authorised.
HSBC Secure PaymentsOnce you have entered all your Billing and Delivery Address details, you will be transferred to the HSBC Secure ePayments page to complete the payment stage. The HSBC Secure ePayments page will confirm the company name as 'Styles Ltd', our registered companies name.

You will be required to enter your Credit/Debit Card number, expiry date, security number and, if applicable, your cards Issue number into the secure HSBC system. We never gain access to your payment details as these are encrypted by the secure HSBC system - all payment details are handled via the encrypted SSL HSBC network.

Once the payment is authorised, you will be advised whether your payment has been successful or not, if the payment is successful, you will be returned to our website with the ability to view your complete order status, check your order details are correct, etc. If you notice any issues with your order - please Contact Us as soon as possible, quoting your Order Number.

When will I receive my order?

Coming Soon...Awaiting reply from Chris...Need to mention something about SGC booking in delivery and the ability for Saturday/timed deliveries and relevant costs, if applicable.

Can I track my order?

Yes, simply log in to your account and click View Order Status to view the status of all of your outstanding orders. From here, you can view the tracking number and link(s) to the couriers online tracking system, if your order has been dispatched (Status: Shipped).

Which Courier will deliver my order?

Depending on the Size/Weight of the item(s) ordered, your order shall be dispatched by Royal Mail, ABC or XYZ. Royal Mail deliveries will be delivered with your normal postal mail. ABC deliveries will be made Monday to Friday between xAM and xPM. XYZ deliveries will be delivered Monday to Friday between xAM and xPM. If we have pre-booked a delivery date, you should expect delivery on that date. However, due to reasons outwith our control (Road closures, extreme weather, traffic, etc), deliveries may be delayed. We endeavour to inform you as soon as we are made aware of any such issues if they occur, or you can Contact Us if your delivery has not arrived when you expected.

Can I cancel my order?
