An exciting new introduction for 2010 is the use of Kubu rattan. Made by soaking and hardening the skins of rattan in mud, it has a fabulous, earthy colour and ticks all the boxes as a sustainable and durable product. Desser have used both grey and natural Kubu for products ranging from baskets to furniture.

Having been around since 1917 Lloyd Loom is already an established classic and adds an exciting new dimension to the mix of rattan and cane furniture.

As for the 2010 fabrics, Desser have a great choice of English Kitsch floral and organic styles alongside a confident reassuring blue, a key accent colour for the new season.
