Delivery Terms and Conditions
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. If you would like delivery to non UK mainland addresses please contact us prior to ordering such that we can confirm a delivery price.

Our products are delivered by national couriers 8.00am and 5.30pm to the UK mainland address of your choice. We ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and at a reasonable cost. Orders over £300.00 we deliver free of charge under our standard delivery terms. Orders under £300 have a standard delivery charge of only £10.00. All orders placed online will automatically fall into our standard delivery schedule. Our standard delivery time is normally 5 to 10 working days following the day the order was placed. Goods arrive Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.30pm, dependant of the items ordered. Special orders such as items with
fabric or cushion could take longer dependant on the manufacturer stocks and delivery. A responsible person must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods. Goods will not be left at the delivery address unless signed for. We cannot give an exact day or time of arrival under this delivery schedule. If this presents a problem why not specify your work or business address as the delivery point. Please note; Saturday, Sunday and national bank holidays are not working days. If the item(s) ordered are in stock, we offer next day parcel delivery and a specified week day delivery service. For orders to be dispatched under either of these delivery schedules the order must be placed by telephone. Next day parcel delivery can only be achieved the order is received before 10.30am. These special delivery schedules are at extra cost
and are not covered by our free delivery on orders over £300.00 offer. You will be informed of the cost of these deliveries when the order is placed. The cost of these deliveries is governed by size and weight and range between £20.00 (small, light weight items) up to £65.00 (large, heavy items which can be accommodated on a pallet). Large orders may require more than one pallet. Special deliveries will arrive between 9.00am and 5.30pm on the specified day. We can also offer deliveries before 9am and 12am as an additional cost - please contact us for prices. Saturday delivery is also available at an additional cost. An order requiring special delivery can be ordered online and,then, contact this office to arrange special delivery requirements. Please Note : We use national carriers to deliver the goods and are subject to their business terms. Deliveries are made to the kerb-side. The driver will require the help of an able bodied person to unload the goods. It is not the driver's responsibility to move goods into your home or under cover and they are not insured to do this. Additionally, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem with access please inform us by telephone at the time of order. A responsible person will be required to sign for and inspect the goods on arrival. Goods will not be left without a signature. If a delivery is made to an address and no one is available to accept delivery we reserve the right to charge for any incurred additional delivery charges either to the delivery address or back to our store. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
